What Is Paris Glow (NCTF 135 HA)?
Paris Glow is the name I use for NCTF 135 HA mesotherapy aimed at dullness, dehydration, fine lines and reduced skin quality. It is not a filler treatment designed to reshape the face. The product is delivered through microinjections, and I tailor the plan to the skin and treatment area.
What Is Paris Glow?
The name Paris Glow may be used for different mesotherapy mixtures. In my practice, I perform this treatment with NCTF 135 HA. It is a polyrevitalising formula containing non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid together with vitamins, amino acids, minerals, coenzymes, nucleic acids and supportive ingredients.
The aim is not to create filler-like volume. It is to support hydration, radiance and overall skin quality, soften the appearance of superficial fine lines and help the skin look more rested.
What Skin Concerns Can NCTF 135 HA Address?
Dull or tired-looking skin
Skin that has lost some of its radiance because of environmental exposure, a demanding routine or inconsistent care may benefit from a treatment focused on brightness and texture.
Dehydration and dryness lines
Non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid is used to support hydration and skin quality rather than to produce the projection associated with a volumising filler.
Superficial fine lines

Neck and décolletage
The treatment can support hydration and texture in neck and décolletage skin affected by sun exposure and environmental factors.
Backs of the hands
It may be considered when the skin on the hands appears thin, dry or dull and the main goal is to support skin quality.
How Is Paris Glow Performed?
I assess the skin
I distinguish dullness and dehydration from pigmentation, true volume loss and skin laxity before choosing a treatment.
Topical anaesthetic is applied
An anaesthetic cream is used for comfort. Brief stinging or a burning sensation may still occur at the injection points.
Microinjections are placed
NCTF 135 HA is distributed across the treatment area through small, superficial injections. The spacing and amount vary with the region and skin needs.
Follow-up is personalised
Once the early bumps and redness have settled, subsequent sessions are planned according to the skin’s response rather than a fixed promise.
How Many Paris Glow Sessions Are Needed?
The manufacturer’s NCTF 135 HA protocol describes three initial sessions at 15-day intervals, followed by two sessions one month apart. I do not treat this as a compulsory, unchanging course for every patient. Skin needs, previous treatments, the area being treated and the response determine the personal session plan.
Maintenance can be considered later if needed. Duration varies with skin characteristics, sun exposure, smoking and skincare habits, so I do not promise one fixed period of effect.
What Does the Skin Look Like After Treatment?
Small raised points, redness, tenderness or bruising can occur at the microinjection sites. The bumps often settle within hours, although they may be more noticeable in delicate areas such as around the eyes. Most people return to daily activities on the same day, but the visibility and duration of these effects vary.
The first 48 hours
According to the manufacturer’s aftercare guidance, make-up should be avoided for the first 12 hours. Prolonged sun or UV exposure, sauna, steam rooms and extreme heat or cold should be avoided for at least 48 hours. Do not rub the treated area or apply products that have not been advised.

Who Needs Assessment Before Treatment?
Active skin infection, an open wound, active cold sores, a known allergy to product ingredients, pregnancy or breastfeeding, immune-related disease, a bleeding disorder, blood-thinning medication or any regular medication must be discussed before treatment. Timing also needs separate assessment after a recent chemical peel, dermabrasion or energy-based procedure.
How Is the Cost of Paris Glow Determined?
Cost depends on the treatment area, the amount of product used and the session plan. Even when the product is NCTF 135 HA, comparing price alone leaves out the amount, the areas treated and the clinical plan.
My Approach to Paris Glow
I do not present Paris Glow as a universal solution for every skin concern. I consider NCTF 135 HA particularly when dullness, dehydration and fine lines are prominent.
